ArtistScape Fine Art & Creative Services is the creative studio of contemporary painter, educator, curator, and designer Kevin Trivedi. Founded in 1999, ArtistScape was built on the belief that art has the power to inspire curiosity, strengthen communities, and transform the way we experience the world around us.
Through original paintings, mixed media, functional art, education, exhibitions, and community collaborations, ArtistScape celebrates creativity in all its forms.
Meet Kevin Trivedi
Art has always been my way of exploring transformation—how music, memory, nature, and human experience shape the way we see ourselves and the world around us. Whether working in acrylic, oil, mixed media, or resin, I strive to create artwork that invites viewers to pause, reflect, and discover something new each time they return to a piece.
For more than three decades, I have explored the space between realism and abstraction, blending expressive brushwork with symbolic imagery to create paintings that exist somewhere between observation and imagination. My work is inspired by the belief that art is not simply something to look at—it is an experience capable of evoking emotion, sparking conversation, and revealing new perspectives.
After earning a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Painting and Illustration from the College for Creative Studies in Detroit and a Master of Fine Arts in Studio Painting from the Academy of Art University in San Francisco, I built a career that combines professional studio practice with education and community arts. Along the way I have taught at the college level, curated exhibitions, mentored artists, designed creative experiences, and continued developing my own artistic voice.
While my paintings have evolved over the years, the central theme has remained consistent: transformation. Whether exploring humanity’s relationship with nature, the emotional language of music, or the memories connected to meaningful places, I seek to create work that encourages viewers to slow down, look deeper, and discover their own stories within each piece.
Current Work
My studio practice continues to evolve through several interconnected bodies of work.
Catalyst explores the relationship between music, emotion, and identity through expressive figurative painting. Rather than illustrating music itself, the series examines the emotional energy and transformation that music creates within us.
Synthesis: States of Becoming explored humanity’s evolving relationship with nature through symbolic figurative narratives that merged the human figure with organic forms and vibrant color.
Alongside my original paintings, I have begun creating mixed-media and resin-based functional artworks that transform original imagery into collectible pieces designed to become part of everyday life. These works reflect my belief that art should not be limited to gallery walls but can also exist within the spaces we live and gather.

Kevin Trivedi received his Bachelor of Fine Arts in Painting and Illustration from the College for Creative Studies in Detroit and his Master of Fine Arts in Studio Painting from the Academy of Art University in San Francisco.
He is the founder of ArtistScape Fine Art & Creative Services and has worked professionally as a painter, illustrator, designer, educator, curator, and creative consultant for more than thirty years.
